Please read our standard shipping + delivery information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience with us.

Here's what you need to know.

PACKAGING
Reducing landfill and helping mother earth is right on the top of the list at Wesley and Willis. We aim to package all orders with minimal waste and we love for you to reuse if you can - maybe a craft activity with the kids or when you post an item yourself.
Your parcel will arrive in a eco friendly post bag , recycled boxes and wrapping paper. Don't be surprised if you find bubble wrap re-used from wholesalers to protect your items from damage, as we pass it on to keep it out of landfill.
Every little action makes a huge difference if we all help!

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping amount is calculated during the checkout process depending on weight, size and destination. For our Australian customers, standard delivery is $10 for small orders. Keep in mind that orders to remote areas may incur additional postage costs and we don't deliver to PO Boxes.
We'll send your items via regular parcel post, Sendle , or other courier services we trust. There is also a Express postage option available to you at checkout for an extra charge.

To ensure smooth sailing, please provide the correct phone number and email address. Our shipping partners will email you a tracking number once your order ships, so you can easily track it's progress.

IN-STORE PICK UP
Once your order is ready, we'll reach out, and we kindly ask that you collect within 2 business days.

GIFT WRAPPING
Want to add a special touch? We're happy to beautifully gift wrap your small orders. Just leave a note at checkout. If your sending a gift directly, we can attach a personalised gift tag with your message.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If an authority to leave is provided as part of your order confirmation process, your order will be left in a safe, undercover area at your address. If the area is not deemed to be safe, the driver can use their own discretion to not leave the parcel. Please note that , whilst this option is available to facilitate and accommodate you with delivery, we take no responsibility for missing goods. If you have not provided an authority to leave, our shipping partners will leave a notice at your home to advise they attempted delivery. it will contain information on how to contact them to organise an alternative delivery arrangement, and the items will be returned to their nearest depot. For all Australian Post attempted deliveries , the driver will leave a note for you to collect from your local post office if you were not at home at the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss, delay or damage by courier services. Once shipped the items become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.

SPECIALITY ITEMS DELIVERY
Got your eye on something oversized, bulky or fragile?
No Problem! We'll organise a shipping quote tailored to the size, weight and delivery location of your specialty item. Feel free to reach out for a quote before placing your order.

PRE ORDER DELIVERY
For all pre-order items we will email customers directly with an estimated dispatch date. You will also find the lead time specified in the product description. Wesley and Willis ETA is estimated to the best of our ability. Delays and circumstances beyond our control may lead to delays of your pre-order. These circumstances can include, but are not limited to, material shortages, shipping schedules and carrier delays. Wesley and Willis standard refund policies apply to pre-order items. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind or shipping delays.

RETURN POLICY
Here at Wesley and Willis, we believe in making sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, we've got you covered within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have your receipt. We offer exchange or credit only. We do not accept returns for refund, unless the item is found to be faulty. All items are checked thoroughly before being packaged for delivery and images are taken to provide quality control. Please email wesleyandwillis@outlook.com regarding faulty products.
If your sending something back for exchange or credit it's up to you to ensure it's in new condition with tags intact and in it's original packaging. Once we have received and inspected goods, we will contact you to organise an exchange or store credit.
When it comes to logistics, the return shipping costs, government taxes and domestic duties are not covered. If you are returning goods, we recommend purchasing a tracked service.
As much as we'd love to accommodate everyone, we don't do returns for sale items, soft furnishings, furniture, personal care items and gift cards.
